Chaz and I talk about the options that we have when it comes to investing in a home or investing before you get a job.  The pros and cons of renting and buying a home.  Some times its an option other times its a choice.  We discuss the opinions of economist and financial experts who sees that rushing out to buy a home isn't always the first choice. But, what do you think?

Alicia talks about her experiences at Tech conferences as well as her feelings about the conferences formats that differ from each other.

Chaz and I talk about his Car buying journey and the things people should do to prepare and look for when buying a car.  We touch multiple topics like what kind of car, financing, insurance and the art of negotiation when it comes to getting what you want. A little different perspective for a couple of black guys but, if you don't look to the future.  You will remain in the past (technology)

"Get out" Review

Oooooo.....K.  This movie has been talked about and admired by almost every critic out there because of its outrageous turn of horror as it pertains to racism.  Jordan Peele turns the blind eye of liberals not address ing their own racist thoughts and desires into a black mans nightmare.  Satirical in many ways but revealing the underlined comments of white liberals that doesn't compare to the old time southern racism we are use to seeing on screen from the lets go back to the good ole days.  Here's our thoughts.

Voice activated personal assistants or intelligent personal assistant

This session we talk about the ever growing personal assistants trend.  There are many out on the market but the 3 major companies that stand out are Apple's Siri, Amazon's Alexa and Google assistant.  Sadly I have to throw in Microsoft Cortana too. With our hands on these 3 items, we give our 4 cents to the discussion of what we see as the leading candidate with this growing voice activating trend.

Our trip to "The land down Under" (Australia)

Here is our travel log of our trip to see the Aussies.  We talk about our experience during our short trip to Sydney Australia.  Eating the food meeting the people. Especially as a black couple couple walking the streets during daylight hours. ;-)

Our Oscars results

This Session Alicia and I give our feedback from the results of the Oscars.  Besides the surprise comical ending.  The results were almost what we thought it was going to be.  But was it what the  Post Trump (pro and Con) audience wanted it to be?  Lets see if you agree with our thoughts.
