Project Power (Netflix)

Some times we run into a movie everyone is checking out or happen to keep rotating into my Netflix queue. This one is a Jamie Foxx lead action thriller. A simple story line with an over zealous director. Is there action? Yes, is it thrilling? Here’s our thoughts.

The Old Guard (Netflix)

As one of the top watched shoes on Netflix for awhile. I decided to watch this action movie with Charlize Theron. The fact that she is being deleted from the new Mad max reboot, I wanted to see what she she still had in the tank. This popular concept of immortal heroes fighting the wrongs in the world is not new but a bit different based on the secret society and finding a new recruit in the present day. This was also a

Homecoming season 2

I sit down and watch the second season of home coming, confused with the story line and what new direction they would go to.  Also some characters that I was not too fond of but decided to give this one a go.  This is also an Amazon Prime series.

Extraction (Netflix)

So this movie on Netflix is number 1 in the nation. Mixed reviews about no story, too much violence, blah, blah, blah. But I’m bored and wanted to see some stuff blown up. And your boy Thor is on here (Chris Hemsworth). Since he got back into shape. Why not show him some love.

The Decline (Netflix)

A fatal accident at a remote survivalist training camp sends participants into a panic - and sets the stage for a chilling showdown. Sounds good don’t it. Or does it. Well It starts off like a bunch of regular anarchist learning to survive out in the wilderness until some real f’ed up stuff happens and the main protagonist freakin dies. So how does this end? Its in French so the intensity of watching this closer is recommended. A Canadian movie as well

The team returns with some perspective about the current conditions and how this pandemic will change the way we travel, the health care system, social gatherings, and the unintentional effect of cleaner air since there isn’t a lot of air traffic and road traffic of gas powered vehicles.

After a few months Hiatus, the team gets together to discuss the Covd19 pandemic. We talk education, awareness and information. We also speak to how it affects us personally. With the dangers being put out there. We debate what our thoughts are during this crises.

Chernobyl (HBO)

We sit down and watch the mini series depicting the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear disaster in Russia.  The gritty and powerful depiction of the events during that time was interesting and captivating.  The previews made me put this on the list of something Alicia and I had to watch
