This episode Alicia and I go see the movie Girls trip. Not top on my list but we heard a lot of critical pluses about the movie and it did have some great veteran female leads. so we took the chance and went to see it. Yup I went too. What we found was something that wasn't what the trailers totally represented or what the normal raunchy buddy trip normally shows us.
Best friends Ryan, Sasha, Lisa and Dina are in for the adventure of a lifetime when they travel to New Orleans for the annual Essence Festival. Along the way, they rekindle their sisterhood and rediscover their wild side by doing enough dancing, drinking, brawling and romancing to make the Big Easy blush.

Alicia and I went to the movies on the basis of the great reviews for this movie and the star studded characters in the movie. What we found out was this movie was filmed in Atlanta and O boy it was so cool to see Atlanta in its full form.

On todays Women tech talk, Alicia and I talk about the new features of Google assistant and Google home that she got to experience while she was at Google I/O. This was a good effort Google showed better thanthe previous year and a good challenge to the other two major players in the assistant realm (Alexa, Siri) as well as the home automation market. We not only have a google home now but we both downloaded the the google assistant on our Iphones as well.
This is the first time in a long time I can become a tech lover and not a follower of just Apple products. Should be a very enlightening conversation from Apple fans.
